Dr. Maurice J. Casey is the current Department of Foreign Affairs Historian in Residence at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum in Dublin. He researched and curated the DFA-funded exhibition ‘Out in the World: Ireland’s LGBTQ+ Diaspora’, which first launched in Dublin in June 2021.

 

Maurice received his PhD in History from the University of Oxford in 2020.
